Prenatal, Birth and Post-Partum Doula Services
Birth doesn't look the same for all parents, and birth work is much the same. My support is adaptive. For some that may mean emotional support, being your cheerleader. Some people have lots of questions, and I can help you find evidence based answers. For some that may mean physical, hands on support, rubbing your back, squeezing your hips, or holding your leg while you push. For others, it might mean help when you get home, helping you with nursing or feeding your baby, baby care (bathing, diapering, swaddling, etc.), house management or just to be there with your baby while you nap or shower.
There are many ways a doula can be there for you. Emotional support, educational support, physical support during labour, post partum support in feeding, sleeping or baby care. A doula is there to fill the gaps. To help where you need it.

Who Am I?
Hi, My name is Anastasia, I'm so glad you're here!
I am passionate about birth work! I come from a big family, with 10 younger siblings and many cousins. I have had experience being around pregnancy, birth and babies since I was a young child.
I have done some birth work over the last several years, but am now able to embrace it as the vocational calling that it is.
I am a certified Maternal Support Practitioner (doula) trained by BeboMia. I have also done some additional training in Post Partum Mood disorders. I have also completed the Stillbirthday birth and bereavement doula training. And I have personal experience working with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes in pregnancy and labour.
My husband and I are raising, and home-educating, our three girls in Prince George, where we have both spent most of our lives. We love it here where we can be immersed in nature but still have many city amenities.
I am so excited to meet with you and learn about how I can serve you and assist in your family's growth journey.
